25 to 50 reps on each workout to cover all forearm muscles , 4 sets will have your forearms feeling like they want to explode out of your skin. I LOVE THIS EQUIPMENT
I wish i had this thing sooner.. 😄 I Love It! 💪
Solid build, this will probably outlast me. Get yourself two 10lb plates, a 25lb plate, and the clamp collar and you have a nice set in your arsenal to grow your forearms and biceps. The welds on mine were nice and clean. I wish I had a negative to say, but nothing comes to mind yet. A+
Great delivery and an awesome piece of equipment! Wish I had this sooner!
Great and sturdy piece of equipment. Cannot wait to stack the forearm gains up one wrist curl at a time.
It works well. That being said, the welds were not great and had sharp edges I had to file down. The loading pin is not centered on the handle, and the knurling is not the same width on each side of the handle. None of that affects how well it works, but they are flaws for sure.
Great product feel the burn see the gains
Effekt 👍🏻
This is thing is great. What I love about it is how portable it is so I can take it out on the back porch and just sit outside and bust out a few forearm exercises while relaxing. Also great how well it works supination, pronation and radial deviation. It’s a cool tool because I can just have it by my bed side and do a few exercises. Great tool to work on your forearm strength and size. Added bonus to add fat grips to it too
Great resource for our racecar driver program. We love the diversity all rolled into one piece of equipment!
Wish I found out about this sooner. What a pump I get in my forearms. It definitely hits muscle. I thought I was hitting additionally.. What a change up to traditional dumbbells. Amazing product!!!
I didn’t received everything in my order. I never received the weights to the strong neck. I’ve never received a strong jaw. I never received a strong neck harness, and I pay free items, but I never received. I reached out to the company and I have not heard anything.
Very effective exercises. I already tried it and does the job. It is gonna be my extra workout during arm days.
Great product and super high quality.

Awesome piece of training equipment Looks and feels Amazing. Would Strongly Recommend for Forearms training.
Really is nice on the forearms would recommend to a buddy
Hard to find a good free weight wrist trainer. Goodjob 🤙
it's an awesome product! I love it
Easy to use for my forearms..💪🏻
Absolutely outstanding product! It actually works better than I was expecting. A lot of different variations you could do to hurt forearm muscles that are hard or near impossible to isolate without this product. I’ve never had an upper forearm pump so intense before until I tried this product. Definitely recommend.
Well made
Great quality, convenient and effective. I couldn’t be happier with this purchase and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to add direct forearm training to their regimen.
