Solid build, this will probably outlast me. Get yourself two 10lb plates, a 25lb plate, and the clamp collar and you have a nice set in your arsenal to grow your forearms and biceps. The welds on mine were nice and clean. I wish I had a negative to say, but nothing comes to mind yet. A+

Great and sturdy piece of equipment. Cannot wait to stack the forearm gains up one wrist curl at a time.
It works well. That being said, the welds were not great and had sharp edges I had to file down. The loading pin is not centered on the handle, and the knurling is not the same width on each side of the handle. None of that affects how well it works, but they are flaws for sure.

This is thing is great. What I love about it is how portable it is so I can take it out on the back porch and just sit outside and bust out a few forearm exercises while relaxing. Also great how well it works supination, pronation and radial deviation. It’s a cool tool because I can just have it by my bed side and do a few exercises. Great tool to work on your forearm strength and size. Added bonus to add fat grips to it too

Yeahh- its alright. I feel a lot more wrist torque than forearm pump. If i do enough reps i get the good forearm pump. I definitely feel like for the price it should come with a barbell clamp to keep the plates on, had to order that separately from amazon.

This tool is the real deal. I have some beefy forearms already and expected it to feel underwhelming but was willing to try it. It immediately became my #1 tool for forearm extension, flexion and various angles targeting radial/ulnar deviation to alleviate an old injury.
Its just simply so much easier to hit your forearms in a much more timely manor
The strong arm showed up as advertised and is good addition to the home gym. I do wish it were a little heavier, i would prefer it made of solid stock rather than hollow tube. I would appreciate the extra heft! The knurling is aggressive and effective.

Solid piece of equipment, nice welds and knurling. Well designed. The collar included is nice, I would just include a simple spring collar if it were me, would be a little faster to remove and put back on. Overall very nice, good job, fast shipping, got here quicker than I expected. Looking forward to blowing my forearms up, regards
Great piece of equipment. Perfect for the living room while watching tv or in the office. Works great. The leverage and angles provide great tension and resistance throughout the whole range of motion. Fun to play around with and experiment with different grips and angles.
Knurling on the bar is great, also feels well made. Would recommend.

Excellent quality, knurling is grippy but not too sharp. Great addition to my arm routine really hits the forearms!
Trust me when I say this is worth it over trying to use dumbbells or a barbell. Both will feel awkward and hard to manage and never get the muscle connection you're looking for. This is a simple elegant solution that works perfectly for every dimension of forearm strength. There are much more complicated solutions, but I prefer this. You can really lock in and progressively overload with this.

Works great. Like others mentioned, the original version (black) had larger grip diameter and better knurling. If this one had it, just slightly larger diameter - it would've been 6 stars ... I think a pair of gloves will help. Plan on incorporating a resistance band as I've seen online, etc.

Store owner replied: I hear ya bro. In a way- the turning of the bar in your hands is what makes it so effective - fighting the turning forces you to grip tighter and only makes you stronger. You can use less weight with it still being super effective. That said- Will be including chalk with the next batch of orders. Chalk really helps with the turning and makes for an incredible workout.

This is a SOLID product! It is very well built, and all the welds are neat and clean. Youre going to get an amazing pump. The product perfectly stacks leverage against you making just a little bit of weight feel like a whole lot of weight. Im a big dude with big forearms and that small weight stack they sell on the website is plenty of weight. Side note… if you buy the weight plates, I received the strong arm and neck package within a few days, but the plates took approx 2-3 weeks to receive. When I emailed customer support I had a response within the hour from the company with a shipping update (and no it was not an AI response). Because of this, customer support matches the quality of the product. Overall 5/5 stars on the product, company, customer supprt and everything and I am a very happy customer.
