Great product. Makes neck curl much easier and comfortable. Hold regular plates (2 inches). And the foam feels nice on forehead

Really good, highly recommended product. The only thing I wish they did was make the gray padding black so that it won’t show dirt after repeated use.

This training tool is LEGIT. It makes neck curls so comfortable. You can focus on the weight and mind/muscle connection rather than the plate crushing your nose or ear. I gained 3cm in 2 months of regular training and I’ve been doing neck specific training for 10 years. Definitely a “go to” piece of kit in my gym bag
Great piece of equipment to build and strengthen your neck.
This has been a game-changer in my neck training. I have long trained neck for it's applicability to injury prevention through contact and combat sports. Without this implement I would have to get creative with what implements and positions I could properly balance to create the desired training effect. This tool not only solves that problem, but in my opinion creates a much more efficient and comfortable loading pattern. Highly recommended.
As a Wrestling Strength coach training the neck is crucial. The Strong Neck allows us to add weight in different positions to the neck in a bit more of a realistic approach, especially when recreating a snap down. Personally, I use it every day to strengthen the neck and ensure it is healthy and strong.
I like the idea of this gadget because it gives you support when performing the exercise.
Much more comfortable and convenient than using a towel on the plates. Perfect for combat sports athletes. Definitely my favorite neck training tool when paired with a harness.
This device is the best neck training tool. It is the best tool for neck curls and side neck curls. I am not a big fan of neck extensions for it but they can be done. For such a cheap price you need this in your arsenal if you want a bigger neck!
Short review: Buy it 100% if your interested in strengthening your neck. No better option Long story: As I started increasing the weight in my lifts I began to have persistent neck pain and occasionally even pinched nerves. I talked to a personal trainer and was told that my neck isn’t developing/increasing in strength relative to the the rest of my body. So I began looking online for equipment or exercises to do, but nothing really stood out to me other than the “IronNeck”. The problem is the IronNeck costs well over my budget and wasn’t very convenient. I saw this guy demonstrating a new product at my gym the following week, which happened to be TheStrongNeck. I was asked by him if I wanted to test it out. After testing it out I asked how much he was selling it for. He told me a price that was far lower than the IronNeck. I absolutely loved the price, but even more the overall efficacy and convenience of the product, so I bought it. Very happy I did! I’ve noticed increase strength in my neck, a better overall appearance, less pain and discomfort, and a new addition to my workout routine. Absolutely loving it! For the price and convenience it simply can’t be beat.

Nice piece of equipment. I used to train my neck a lot. I used a towel to cushion the weight.. ok if you are using only 1 plate, but with 2 or 3 small plates, they slide around. The padding is nice, now getting back into neck training again, good job, wish I thought of it, regards
Makes neck training easier. I used to use plates and a towel and they would slip and fall. Now with the Strong Neck it is simple to load and get into position. Loving it.
Too small but its enough
This is a great example of simple and effective. Great design, it's much better than using a towel against your head. Having the ability to stack weights is great.

Feels good on the head stable and no pain when placing it on your head
It’s good for lighter weight and feels great for side neck stuff. The pad is too slippery for heavy weight (70lb neck curls) and can be dangerously slippery

Exactly what I was looking for. You can only use Olympic weights because the holder is quite a large circumfrence , which is something I overlooked when purchasing. But reasonably strong and well made
